3D Printing Services

Knisley 3D Solutions offers 3D printing, CAD design, and CAD services. We print customer-supplied files for batch runs, prototypes, and one-off jobs, and can design or modify files when needed. Files must be owned by the customer or printed with the rights holder's permission.

What We Offer

• Prototyping — Validate your design before full production. Fast turnaround for testing and iteration.
• One-Off Prints — Single custom parts welcome. Ideal for replacement components, tooling, fixtures, and custom hardware.

CAD Services

Don't have a file ready? We can design parts from scratch or work from an existing design.

• CAD Design — Need something designed from the ground up? We can create a print-ready file based on your specifications.
• Item Recreation — Have a physical part that needs to be digitized? We can reverse-engineer and model it to spec.
• Design Modifications — Need adjustments to an existing model? We can modify dimensions, tolerances, or geometry to meet your exact requirements.

What We Don't Print

Our focus is on purposeful work. We do not print toys or novelty items. If you're unsure whether your project is a good fit, reach out and we'll let you know.

File Requirements

We accept most standard 3D file formats. By submitting a file, you confirm that you own the design or have explicit permission from the rights holder to have it printed.

Our Material

Our primary printing material is PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) — a strong, durable, and slightly flexible filament well-suited for a wide range of applications. PETG offers excellent impact resistance, good chemical resistance, and performs reliably in real-world use.
