Thank you for shopping with Knisley 3D Solutions. Below you’ll find information about our order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery policies.

Order Processing

All products are made, packed, and shipped from our workshop in the USA.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delays may occur
  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Returned packages may require repayment of shipping costs before reshipment

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address mistake after placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, we will do our best to help resolve shipping issues.

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and item
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Any additional charges required by their country

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
